Bệnh nhân N.T.H.T, sinh năm 1973, đến phòng khám tĩnh mạch chuyên sâu Dr Vein để khám vì triệu chứng mỏi chân khi đứng lâu. Sau khi khám lâm sàng và kết quả siêu âm, Thạc sĩ – bác sĩ Phan Duy Kiên chẩn đoán chị chân trái suy tĩnh mạch hiển lớn đoạn ⅓ dưới cẳng chân, suy nhánh bên đoạn ⅓ giữa. Từ kết luận này, bác sĩ chỉ định phương pháp Tiêm xơ dưới hướng dẫn của siêu âm (UGFS) và Sclaser (Tiêm xơ kết hợp Laser).
