EVLA kết hợp tiêm xơ điều trị suy giãn tĩnh mạch hai chân là hướng can thiệp phù hợp trong các trường hợp có dòng trào ngược ở cả chi dưới, giúp xử lý hiệu quả cả tổn thương sâu lẫn các tĩnh mạch nông giãn nổi rõ. Bệnh nhân N.T.K.A, sinh năm 1962, đến khám tại phòng khám điều trị suy giãn tĩnh mạch Dr Vein vì tình trạng căng bắp chân khi đứng lâu, gân xanh nổi ngoằn ngoèo và cảm giác tê mỏi chân kéo dài.
Trước đó, bệnh nhân từng được chẩn đoán suy giãn tĩnh mạch và đã uống thuốc trong 2 tháng nhưng không cải thiện rõ. Thạc sĩ – Bác sĩ Phan Duy Kiên thăm khám và siêu âm ghi nhận dòng trào ngược tĩnh mạch hiển lớn chân trái và trào ngược tĩnh mạch hiển bé đoạn cẳng chân phải. Bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán suy giãn tĩnh mạch độ 2.
Bác sĩ chỉ định điều trị:

EVLA (laser nội mạch 1940nm) cho tĩnh mạch hiển lớn chân trái

Tiêm xơ bổ sung đợt 2 cho nhánh suy tĩnh mạch nông và các vùng gân xanh nổi rõ
Tái khám sau điều trị, siêu âm cho thấy tĩnh mạch hiển lớn chân trái đã đóng lòng hoàn toàn, ghi nhận hiệu quả kiểm soát dòng trào ngược. Bệnh nhân cũng cho biết cảm giác căng tức bắp chân và tê mỏi chân giảm đáng kể sau can thiệp.
Việc mang vớ tĩnh mạch và tái khám đúng lịch sẽ giúp kiểm soát triệu chứng lâu dài và hạn chế nguy cơ tái phát.
